From looking at the subdivision plan, lot 24 looks good. However, for lot 6, they need to get 15' clearance for the street
tree from the streetlight. This means shifting the southern street tree about 10' to the north closer to the
driveway. Otherwise, lot 6 looks good.

Gary is the planner on this project. They were likely revised based on his comments. He is out of the office this week.

Steve and Scott ... these two permit applications have the same problem: the subdivision plan calls for two mitigation
trees on each lot but they are not shown on the individual site plans for the MSTs. Please submit revised site plans
showing the mitigation trees. Feel free to call if there are any questions.
