This letter is in reference to permit documents dated 07 -11 -2011 approved by the Washington
County for the residence at the above address. Per detail 2/S4.4, #3 stirrups were noted to be
placed at 4" OC. Per our review, placement of stirrups at 12" OC is acceptable for the new
concrete grade beam reinforcement.
