You must resubmit information necessary to a plan review in the approved manor, including the correct address as it pertains to the projects. Right now we have three AIC ratings for one address. This cannot be. Each address must have a different submittal from PGE with the corrected address. Another issue is the change you propose to make to the 600 amp service at 6650 SW Bonita, permit # ELC2007- 00376. You are adding an additional 200 amp panelboard, which will increase your service size above the 600 amps. shown on the original plan. This change will increase the service to 800 amps. Your help is vital with this issue. Thanking you in advance, Gary Noble, Senior Electrical Inspector From: Katie Showalter [mailto :Katie @hillsboroelectric.com] Sent: Monday, December 17, 2007 9:31 AM To: Gary Noble Cc: Katie Showalter Subject: RE: Paul Schatz (permit #ELC2007- 00376) The 21 AIC is for the 600amp service and the 19 AIC is for the 400amp service. I am pretty sure that the 600amp service is for the address 6650 and the 400amp service is for the address 6670. Let me know if that helps. Thank you, Katie From: Gary Noble [mailto:Garyn©tigard-or.gov] Sent: Monday, December 17, 2007 8:02 AM To: Katie Showalter Subject: RE: Paul Schatz (permit #ELC2007- 00376) Katie, You have sent me three different service AIC ratings for three different services. All of these services have the same address. I spoke to Ken Gutierrez this AM and tried to explain to him the need to distinguish the different AIC's between the different services. It is not clear to me at this time. Please contact Ken and determine which AIC is for which building (service). Provide the correct address on each submittal.
