Correspondence FL « 2 7 - ( 7 f 7 70 b/.J orvir /5 Gary Noble From: Katie Showalter [Katie @hillsboroelectric.com] Sent: Wednesday, February 06, 2008 12:01 PM To: Gary Noble Cc: John Hoffard; Katie Showalter Subject: Paul Schatz Attachments: D00080206.pdf I just received a call from Luke the onsite electrician at Paul Schatz. I have a few concerns about your inspection that took place today: 1. I added to our permit #ELC2007 -00606 for an additional HVAC circuit and Low Voltage circuit for Fire Alarm (please see description given by City of Tigard on your correction report) — please see attached permit application for clarification. I have also enclosed our original permit application that states that we pulled circuits for exterior lighting, one (1) HVAC unit, shell receptacles and a new service. 2. You asked that Hillsboro Electric pull a permit for the house panel at Paul Schatz — you were made aware that we had nothing to do with this panel, but still insisted on having us pull the permit. Now I am hearing that you want us to contact Paul Schatz and find out who did the electrical in the building to have them pull the permit. Is this correct? If so I need a credit for the permit that we pulled (permit# ELC2008- 00044) for that panel. I don't understand why this needed to be done if we were just using existing circuits for site lighting (relocating light poles) ? ?? I have spoken with the contractor and no one worked on this panel — Hillsboro Electric only reused circuits for the site lighting, as per our permit# ELC2007- 00657. This panel has been in the building since the building was built. Does the City of Tigard not have any records of the original permit for that space? 3. If I remember correctly we had the site lighting as a part of our permit# ELC2007 -00376 for the Thomasville space — and you only wanted us to pull a permit for the site lighting due to the address changes that took place. You didn't want the site lighting to be under permit# ELC2007 -00376 because of the address 6650 SW Bonita Road. So I then pulled permit# ELC2007 -00657 so that it would be under the address 6600 SW Bonita Road. 4. I will be contacting PGE to hook -up the service at the new building (Permit# ELC2007- 00606) today and will recall in a final once that is complete. Please let me know if I have missed anything that needs to happen prior to you coming out again for a final inspection for all of Hillsboro Electric's work. • Thank you, Katie Showalter Project Manager 1 Gary Noble From: Katie Showalter [Katie @hillsboroelectric.com] Sent: Friday, December 21, 2007 4:51 PM To: Gary Noble Cc: Katie Showalter Subject: FW: Attachments: D00071221.pdf Gary, Attached is the fault current for the 400amp service — 6670 SW Bonita Road.
