MEMORANDUM / TO Jeanne Temple, Building Division .. Jamie Greenburg, Utility Billing Phyllis Harris, Finance Department FROM: Dianna Howse, Building Division RE: Sewer Permits Issued in URB (Summit Ridge & Summit Ridge No. 2) DATE: June 14, 2005 Summit Ridge and Summit Ridge No. 2 contain parcels for both TIG and URB. According to the land use case some parcels were to be annexed into TIG and some were to remain in URB. Shirley Treat entered the jurisdictions of each parcel when she created them in Tidemark according to a map that she was given. During a recent plan review, Mark VanDomelen discovered that 16 parcels were incorrectly identified as TIG when they should have remained as URB. As a result, 7 sewer permits were already issued by the City in error, and 3 sewer permits are in the review process. All of these permits are being voided. I have contacted Clean Water Services (CWS) and they will let me know how we need to handle the 20% that we retained for each permit issued. I have reprinted each permit and faxed them to CWS. They will be creating and issuing permits for their records, showing that all fees have been paid. Jeanne: Please void these sewer permits in your files. Jamie: Please stop billing for these parcels. Phyllis: CWS will contact me to tell you how to refund their 20% for these parcels. Thanks for your help to correct our records. Please let me know if you have any questions.
