Dear Mr. Bohbot,
This letter is to inform you that your application for a temporary sign permit has
been denied. This is due to the fact that we never received a site plan to "scale"
showing the placement of the sign.
I had informed you at the time you submitted the application that the site plan
was a requirement needed for the application review. The application could not
be reviewed for approval until this plan was submitted.
I sent you a second request for this information on September 9, 1997. I
requested that you submit this plan or if you had any questions regarding the
request to please give me a call.
Since I have not had any response from you, either the submittal of a scaled
drawing or an inquiry from you I must deny this application.

Dear Mr. Bohbot,
I have been holding your application for a temporary sign permit on my desk
since we talked on July 30, 1997. I have been holding the application pending
your submittal of a site plan that is to "scale ", showing the exact placement of the
temporary sign. -
I cannot issue this permit until I have this scaled drawing for review of your
application. I have enclosed a copy of your submitted sign application for your
reference.
