Because the rain and storm drain systems described under your above permit applications are interconnected and because the requirements for recorded and mutual service and maintenance easements discussed below apply to all the properties involved, we are addressing both of you with this one letter and copying the individual property owners not directly addressed. The submitted plans and permit applications for both permits are herewith approved for issue upon payment of the appropriate fees and, in the case of the Lytle permit, upon identification of the contractor, which we understand will follow your submission of the plans for bid. Fees can be paid and the approved plans picked up at the City Hall front counter. As you know, it was necessary to have both of the permit applications submitted before we could review or approve either application. Thank you for your understanding, cooperation, and patience in this regard. Please note that, although the applications are approved for issue as noted above, neither of these permits nor the work under them will be complete or will receive final inspection approval until copies are submitted to this office of mutual service and maintenance easements that have been properly drawn and recorded with Washington County. These easements must be granted by the current owners of lots 2S111BD -01801 (Odell), -01701 (Ryan), and -01602 (Morlan) to the current and subsequent owners of the other two lots. Now that both permit applications have been approved for issue it is our hope and expectation that the various parties will recognize their mutual interest in quickly granting and recording the required easements. Regarding lot -0801 (Odell), until copies of recorded mutual easements as discussed above are received by us and until final inspection approval is received under permit PLM2003 -00346 the Odell property will remain in technical violation for work without permit, since installation on that lot was in fact previously completed without permit. Final inspection approval of PLM2003 -00346 will also require the completion and approval of the work under PLM2003- 13125 SW Hall Blvd., Tigard, OR 97223 (503) 639 -4171 TDD (503) 684 -2772 00478, particularly the installation of a cleanout or catchbasin at or near the Odell /Ryan property line as shown on the Lytle plans.
