Wolcott Plumbing will take full responsibility for the above named address to be
plumbed according to code. We will adjust water temperature at the tub's and showers as
soon as the gas is turned on. In addition we will extend the warranty for a period of 2
years should any related problems occur due to the plumbing being covered prior to a
second inspection.
