Amendments to the Sign Code Exception criteria contained in the Tigard Municipal Code, Section 18.114.145. a-.` Senior Planner reviewed the changes explaining hat these amendments were being proposed as a result of difficulties in approving previous sign code exceptions that warranted approval. o Discussion followed regarding the language for criteria 18.114.145(a)(4) .. and 18.114.145(b)(2). Consensus was the language should be expanded, - -. possibly to list circumstances under section (a)(4) and including t- criteria for removal of conforming sign under section (b)(2).
