She added a sentence to page 10 (b) (a) "Any accessory structure that is used in conjunction with the business must meet Uniform Building Code requirements and be in conformance with the accessory use chapter of the Community , Development Code." She explained that performance standards already exist in the Community Development Code which refer back to State and Federal laws, Department of Environmental Quality regulations. Also bed and breakfast uses would be handled as boarding house uses as defined under the group residential care and do not fall under the Home Occupation Permit regulations.
