staff approval since the street width did not meet the City's
standards.

15. COMPREHENSIVE PLAN REVISION CPR 2-82 MILLIGAN NPO ##3 PUBLIC HEARING
A request by Dick Milligan for a decision and adoption of findings and

conclusions by the City Council for a Comprehensive Plan Revision from
Multi-family to General Commercial on property located at 9960 SW Walnut
Street to operate an antique store. (Wash. Co. Tax Map 2S1 12BD, Tax Lot
2200).
(a) Staff reported that applicant has withdrawn request.
(b) Motion by Councilor Cook, seconded by Councilor Stimler to accept
withdrawal of application.
Approved by unanimous vote of Council.
16 SIGN CODE REVISION TITLE 16 ZOA 3-82 PUBLIC HEARING
A request by the City of Tigard to revise the Sign Code, Title 16, of the
Tigard Municipal Code.

(b) Motion by Councilor Stimler, seconded by Councilor Brian to hear

(a) Director of Public Works stated that the State of Oregon has not
