CITY OF TICARD OREGON TO: City Council April 22 1906 FROM: Planning Staff f,,, A • J SUBJECT: Public Notice Requirement On February 10, 1986 the City Council adapted Ordinance No 86-08 which' incorporated several changes to the Community Development Code. On the recommendation of the Planning Commission one of the changes made was to require notification to property owners within 250 feet on all applications e filed with the Planning Department which require public notice. In the past, applications which were decided at the Director's level only required notification to property owners within 100 feet. Ordinance No. 86-08 changed one section of Title 18 to require notice on all applications to be delivered to property owners within 250 feet.
