'', , SECTION 1: Pursuant to Chapter 227 ORS and Ordinance No- 70-32 (City of - `a
'1", Tigard Zoning Ordinance of 1970) , the following amendment to
! that ordinance, in conformance with prescribed procedures, was heard by ,
'}x the Tigard Planning Commission on January 20, 1979, and the Planning
f ' Commission thereafter recommended to the City Council that the zoning
ordinance be amended as set forth in Section 3 below. `
SECTION 2: The City Council further finds that the purpose for this amend
