• This letter is to notify you that we have dropped
x our request for the vacating of the 20 strip Of land
located on c ur'property in Tigard, namely Lot #22' Tigard
Highway Tracts for as pointed out to us by Mr °oan
this would jeopardize the property owners of Lot 11,..),,,,
and also would conflict with future plans of City for
a Street in this location!,

would like to request a: variance
permitting the construction of a 30 unit Apartment,

as we had previously asked for W`e feel as long as
we adhere to required setbacks, offstreet parking and
oonly of overing 10,1..00 Sq. feet of land, being aprox,
3 land area instead of the 50%'which would be
permitted, and all other provisions, we are not being
unreasonable asking for this requist.
This requst for variance as set forth in
_t, Section 2102.-2 of Planning & Zoning Manual if not
granted would be an expensive situation for us . for
as we have'point ed out we already have our loan
commitment plans, etc e to proceedon building the 30
unit apartment and would certainly appriciate any
consideration the board will grant use
