McKenzie Street. This approval is subject to the following conditions: 1 . The sidewalk shall be located contiguous to the previously approved curb line. 2. The sidewalk shall be four feet wide, when measured from the face of the curb. 3. The Sidewalk shall meander, when necessary, around existing trees; easements to be provided, where neceSsary, by the developer. 4.
