The need for the variance is dicated by the location of the building in relation to the existing spur track and the size of the materials to be moved in and out. Please refer to the plot plan; Sheet E-5, attached. We will greatly appreciate your processing this application at the earliest possible date. Production of the above mentioned project will start as of .7aiivary, 1977 and the outside storage yard will be needed immediately as we will be producing at the rate of approximately 1, 000 tons per month.
