We have pre-sold the same house plan o.n lot 16 and the buyer is most anxious to see construction begin. Unfortunately, the house plan for these two lots has a rearyard kitchen projection that encroaches upon the setback. (See EXHIBIT 2) . It had been our understanding that this projection was viewed as an "architectural feature'', similar to a chimney chase, and as such, could encroach. In fact, we have built a number of homes with this feature in London Square since mid-1983.
