7. Move /add any needed electrical or data outlets in newly framed offices
8. Lighting in new offices
9. Move /add any HVAC requirements in newly framed offices
10. Insulation/soundproof in new walls and in existing walls between offices?
11. Sheetrock new offices and finish sheetrock in ceilings in existing offices
12. Paint entire interior of building
13. Carpet two new offices
14. Finish trim work
