Dear Dan:
In accordance with the International Building Code requirements, representatives of
AAI Engineering performed structural observation for America's Tire. We have also
reviewed inspection reports by Carlson Testing, Inc. and reviewed structural shop
drawings as submitted by the contractor.
Based on the final report provided by Carlson Testing, Inc. and our site observations, it
is our opinion that the construction of the subject project is generally in accordance
with the structural plans and specifications.
