Patty,
Please remove MIS2004-00021 Akamain/Lobdel Lot Line Adjustment from the Planning Division
Worksheet. The application was withdrawn around February 2005.
As I recall, the applicant withdrew the application because he realized that the adjustment could not be
granted as it would reduce the frontage of the proposed lot to less than the 25-foot minimum allowed. We
did not keep a copy of the application and, when requested, the applicant did not return a copy to us.
