This application has been preliminarily approved subject to the following condition: 1. The applicant shall provide scaled drawings that demonstrate to the Building Department Residential Plans Examiner that the proposed garage structure does not exceed 15 feet in height. (Note: Both the Uniform Building Code and the Community Development Code use the same building height definition). If the garage is found to exceed this height it shall be modified to comply.
