I wanted to let you know I received your records request and I am trying to locate the PDR file. So far, using the address
to search with, does not give me any results indicating there is PDR file. I contacted Hap and he says there probly is a
one so I will continue searching. I will get back you early next week with an update. Have a great weekend.

He called last Friday asking about changing the use at 11445 SW Summerfield to Dental Office. I looked up the address
on GIS and saw that it was CG Zone with a PD overlay. Sometime in the distant past, it was developed as a planned
development. That land use review should be checked before he makes further plans, so he won't be surprised by any
conditions of approval, etc. It might be as far back as when it was first annexed into the city. I think he told me he would
demolish the existing building and build a new clinic. So in a nutshell, I don't know which PDR number, but there
is probably only one.
