ADDRESS: 11945 SW 70 Avenue — Tigard, OR

08/24/10: As requested by Ty with A -Pro Fire, CTI representative was on site for fire - sprinkler branch line
seismic restraint inspection. Prior to arrival, 1 1 /2" 0 sprinkler line was secured to structural elements. Observed
use of 12 -ga wire wrapped twice around pipe, secured to upper chord of truss with 4 twists, placed every 43'
per sheet EQ1. Contractor also had 06/22/10 certificate of compliance for seismic wire. Area observed was 3rd
floor, grid lines A -E, 1 -11.
