, tied to the bottom of the balloon. It is also'tethered to the top by 6 -8 ropes that are
attached to permanent fixtures on the root The use oil -bolts may be necessary and
these are installed into the parapet of the building. The use of straps may also be
necessary so permanent structures located on or near the budding can be utilized as
