Inspected installed HILTI KB -TZ 3/8 "x3" expansion anchors installed for seismic anchorage of
storage racks per drawing sheets 10 -1046 through 10 -1046D (Seizmic Engineering, 09/13/10).
Installed storage racks are designated types: A, Al, B, B1, Cl, D, E, G, H, I, K, L and M per sheet
10 -1046A (Seizmic Engineering). Installed anchors were verified to proper installation torque (25 ft
lbs per manufacturer) with MTE calibrated torque wrench ( #P385, calibrated 08/20/10). Locations
and quantities of installed anchors per drawings.
Inspected installed "X" brace strapping per 10 -1046C on type I shelving racks. Straps attached to
storage rack framing with #8x3/4" screws per manufacturer's instructions.
