I, Brian Dutton, as responsible person for Westgate Baptist Church, 10730 SW
130 Ave, Tax Parcel 1 S133AD- 02200, understand and agree that this
temporary Certificate of Occupancy is issued on a conditional basis for a period
not to exceed thirty days from this date, by which time the following conditions
must have been met and approved by inspection by the City of Tigard Building
Department:
Permit BUP2005 -00383 must be completed and approved, including all
outstanding corrections, conditions, ancillary permits and fees. Specifically:
Corrections from March 16, 2006 inspection.
I understand the City will withhold action until April 15, 2006. .
Upon compliance with all above conditions, this case will be closed and the
permanent Certificate of Occupancy will be issued. I further understand that if
these conditions are not complied with fully, I may be served with a Summons
and Complaint without further notice for violation of requirements set forth in the
Oregon Structural Specialty Code (Final approval required prior to occupancy).
