This entailed all of the buildings associated with Westgate Baptist Church. His fixture count came to 17.1 EDU's. Jamie Greenberg with Utility Billing adjusted their billing rate using this figure. In June of 2010 Westgate submitted another plumbing permit that generated a 1.8 EDU increase. With this permit the current EDU rate should be 18.9 EDU's. The paperwork is no longer on the ready shelf, nor is it in the address file for 12930 SW Scholls Ferry Rd or 10730 SW 130th Ave. Below is a list of the plumbing permits and their associated sewer permits for this building. Both are billed at 12930 SW Scholls Ferry Road, they do not bill at 10730 SW 130th Ave. To my best recollection when the "Multi- Purpose Building" was built, Gary Lampella, our Building Official, at the time decided not to collect sewer EDU charges on the fixtures that were just roughed in but not set. He determined we would collect the fees when a plumbing permit was pulled to set the fixtures. So, under PLM2002 -00284 & SWR2002 -00247 we just collected 1 EDU for the tap fee. I think SWR2003 -00137 should be voided. Unless we can do a walk -thru and fixture count to verify the current EDU billing rate we should just proceed with collecting sewer EDU's as the fixtures are set as we have been doing for the past four years.
