I assume you drop these documents off to satisfy the correction notice I left on the job on May 10, 2011 which states: This inspection covers work performed outside of approved plans. Plans must be submitted for plan review by the City of Tigard to include work performed with -in 3 working days of this notice. Additional inspections will be performed upon receipt of approved plans by the contractor. This inspection is for utility metering only. A product submittal does not comply with OAR918- 311 -0040 and as such will not be accepted by the City of Tigard for the plan review on this project. The original planes approved by City of Tigard were submitted by Benton Electric and signed by Gregg H. Scholz, Registered Engineer. The revised set of plans must also be signed by the engineer of record, Gregg H. Scholz. Please submit two sets of plans that conform to OAR918- 311 -0040 that have been signed by the engineer of record. 1 My application of the "Green Label" on the electric meter was performed to foster the progress of the project, but it does not indicate my approval of the Main Switchboard. I will not allow the electrical energizing of electrical equipment that does not conform to the requirements' of OESC and the National Electrical Code. You must lock -off the main service disconnect until I have performed the aforementioned plan review and approved the installation for conformity with OESC and the National Electrical Code. <image001.jpg> DISCLAIMER: k= -mails sent or received by City of Tigard employees are subject to public record laws.
