The fans have been checked for fan data, operating amperage, voltage, rotation, RPM, belt tension, alignment, and operating static pressure. All outlets have been proportioned to ± 10% of the percentage of total airflow of the system unless otherwise noted. Balancing diagrams are attached to this report with outlets numbered for locations. RTU - 01 This fan serves 3rd 2nd floor east and all of the 1st floor. Design total flow is 35,000 CFM, our recorded total flow is 27065 CFM. VAV summation at this time is 26770 CFM. Fan is performing at 101% of VAV summation. RTU - 02 This fan serves 3 2 floor west. Design total flow is 12.000 CFM, our recorded total flow is 12065 CFM. VAV summation at this time is 18660 CFM. Fan is performing at 100% of design total. Fan total was achieved by opening VAV's to total 12,000 CFM, and the rest were closed. Static pressure was then dialed in to make sure all boxes were satisfied with one VAV at 100% open. EF - 02 This fan serves all floors central exhaust . Design total flow is 1200 CFM, our recorded total flow is 1180 CFM. Fan is performing at 98% of design flow. EF - 03 This fan serves 2 floor Break room and west toilets. Design total flow is 1225 CFM, our recorded total flow is 990 CFM. Fan is performing at 81% of design flow.
