I am pulling the file and will bring it to Hap for review and
determination:
George, Ken and Tom have all inspected
Current homeowner, (bought the house recently), Mrs. Daley, 524 -0311
called today. She requested that an inspector come out and take a
look at her (2) gas fireplaces. When she uses them them get "very
hot" everything surrounding gets "very hot', smells "burning ".
Looking at the MST94, it doesn't look like it was permitted for two
gas fireplaces, can't really tell.
Also, if you group, you'll see a mechanical, never inspected, an
electrical, never issued. She confirmed, that yes there is an air
conditioner. I told her we needed to inspect. I don't think I
told her that the elc had not been paid for.
Also, please note my "hold" note on the MST97 permit.
I told her we would review all the information and call her back,
probably sometime on Wednesday. Most likely set up an inspection for
Thursday.

I have your approved final for finishing off basement. But, there
are two other permits, a mechanical and an electrical. I will hold
case finaling basement until I get a confirmation from you that it is
okay.
Was work done on the 1996 mech /elc permits? Was it inspected?
