Subject: Insulation in vaulted ceiling above family room
Memo: Per our site meeting and observation of the vaulted ceiling framing,
ventilation of the ceiling space was not possible due to insulation thickness
requirements. We recommend either applying sprayed in insulation to fill all
cavities or, use of batt insulation provided the moisture content of the wood is 12%
or less.
