Re: Arborist's Report • As required by the City of Tigard, on October 24, 20071 oversaw the removal of the soil previously - and inappropriately placed within the'IPZ located at 12834 S.W. 133rd, Tigard, Oregon, (Lot 1) of the Hillside Estates. The excavation equipment used exerts a 3.5 p.s.i. footprint. Minimal tracking within the TPZ was required. Original grade was met where practical. • Trees within the TPZ were unharmed and will experience the benefit of nutrient absorbance from the removal of the excess soil. The 'IPZ fencing was maintained.
