Horn Ridge Estates
I have conducted a ground level geotechnical evaluation for the above referenced address
and reviewed engineering by Ronald D. Fuller for this house foundation.
The engineering design meets criteria established for construction, all footings shall be
deepened into stiff native soils and no hazardous geotechnical issues exist.
With consideration of the above and based on a final visual examination, it is my opinion
that the current condition of lot 19 Elk Horn Ridge Estates is in general conformance
with Appendix Chapter 33 of the 1997 Uniform Building Code.

I have conducted a ground level geotechnical evaluation for the above referenced
address.
All footings have been deepened into extremely stiff native soils and no hazardous
geotechnical issues exist.
With consideration of the above and based on a final visual examination, it is my opinion
that the current condition of lot 19 Elk Horn Ridge Estates is in general conformance
with Appendix Chapter 33 of the 1997 Uniform Building Code, and all engineering
criteria (noted in the original design report) are safely exceeded.
