Dear Mr. Zack:
We have received the drawing of the proposed sign for Maddy's (photocopy enclosed)
from Columbia Neon. We are enclosing a copy of Exhibit C, Tenant Sign Regulation, referred
to in Paragraph 11 of the lease dated April 13, 1999.
On behalf of the Landlord we hereby approve the proposed sign provided it meets the
requirements which include the following:
♦ Approved UL labels on the electrical components.
♦ Appropriate permits as required by the City of Tigard.
♦ Tenant will bear the expense of removal of existing sign.
♦ Tenant will repair, at its expense, any damage to the building facade caused by
removal of the sign upon expiration of lease and vacation of the premises.
Please remove the temporary vinyl sign as soon as the new permanent signage is in place.
Please have your sign company contact us if there are any questions regarding
compliance with the signage requirements.
