NOTICE OF ADDRESS CHANGE
FOR
HUNTER'S GLEN SUBDIVISION
This is to inform you that the City of Tigard must make an address correction in the Hunter's
Glen Subdivision. We have discovered a serious error in the number assignments. Specifically,
odd numbers should be assigned to lots on the north and west side of streets to conform with
countywide addressing policy. The City mistakenly assigned even numbers to the west side of
the streets in this subdivision. This mistake was brought to our attention by the Postal Service on
April 28, 1997. We have determined, through discussions with the Postal Service and 911
Dispatch, that unless the numbers are reassigned there will be long -term problems affecting
delivery of mail and response time for emergency services.
We understand, from a discussion with Legend Homes, that the following lots are now occupied:
Lot 3, 12502 SW 116th Avenue (address to be renumbered)
Lot 12, 12680 SW 116th Avenue (address to be renumbered)
Lot 25, 12519 SW 116th Avenue (address to be renumbered, model home)
Lot 24, 12537 SW 116th Avenue (address to be renumbered)
Lot 30, 12562 SW 115th Avenue (address to be renumbered)
Lot 41, 11535 SW Bambi Lane (address will not change).
This notice will be faxed to Legend Homes, who control the remaining lots, and hand- delivered
to the occupied addresses listed above.
A revised address map will be sent to Legend Homes and the occupied addresses on Thursday,
May 1, 1997. If you should have any questions about this change, please contact either Kit
