CITY OF TIGARD Subject: Ordinance Highlights, TMC 10.50. OREGON The application and issuance of a permit to move an oversized load upon or across a ci treet is sub' to, but not limited to, the following: • All information requested on the permit application must be provided. (Contractors Board number must be provided) • A fee of $10.00 must accompany all applications (where the move route is on State or County roadways, no fee is required unless specifically noted). • A current copy of an Acord form S -25 certificate of insurance must accompany each application. The approval criteria for a temporary use are as follows: A. The temporary sales office shall be located within the boundaries of a subdivision or tract of land in which the real property is to be sold; and B.
