RE: Request for extensions on permits (Deck repairs)
Hap,
I am writing in regards to requesting an extension for several permits that I
recently pulled for our Timberline Apartments in Tigard. We had started working
on these back in May but due to circumstances that pulled our 2 technicians away
from that project, we have not been able to complete all the remaining decks. They
are currently working 2 full days a week at this site to try and get as much done as
possible, but it is my understanding that as of May 31, 2006 our permits will expired
from our previous extensions given on them. We finished several decks prior to
May 31, 2006 and are awaiting the results from the inspection, but would like to
begin on the following and remaining permits, but need to know if we can have
another extension or I will need to pay for new permits. Either way if you could let
me know, I'd greatly appreciate it.
