Oregon One and Two Family Dwelling Specialty Code, Section 111.3.1 states that an unexpired permit may be extended for six months. However, your permit expired July 30, 1998. Section 111.3.2 of the code states that a permit that has expired for a period of less than six months may be renewed for one half the permit fee, provided that no changes have been made to the plans. The fee to renew this permit would be $94.25. If you wish to renew, present this letter at the Development Services Counter at City Hall when you pay the fee. If you have questions, call me at 639 -4171 ext. 416.
