Stories: 2 The plan review was performed under the 2005 Oregon Residential Specialty Code. The review of the submitted plans will be completed when the following information is provided. 1. Provide (2) copies of the manufactured floor framing layouts and calculations. R106.1.1 Note: Any change in orientation of floor joists due to plan review items above must be shown on manufacture's floor joist layout. Show doubled joists under the edges of the braced panel at the right front of the bonus room. 2. Show the HD8A missing from the braced panel on the left side of the rear wall on (2) copies of the plan page. 3. Show the HD8A missing from the braced panel at the back of the left wall on (2) copies of the plan page. 4. Show the MST48 strap a minimum distance of four feet from the other strap at the upper left braced panel on (2) copies of the plan page. 5. Revise the one story portal frame detail to reflect the two story portal frame situation actually being built. 6. SHOW smoke detectors on the plan where required. 7. SHOW bathroom fans on the plan where required. 8. When responding, provide an itemized letter stating in what way each issue has been addressed in the revision. When submitting revised drawings or additional information, please attach a copy of the enclosed City of Tigard, Letter of Transmittal. The letter of transmittal assists the City of Tigard in tracking and processing the documents.
