Rick, upon your reinspection on 3/16/01 you said if I faxed you a letter from the Installer stating that it
was Installed according to specifications, that you would be willing to issue the fire insert a permit_
I am faxing your inspection report dated 3/16 and letter from Tom Bishop, installer. Please call me
to let me know whether this is all the documentation you need.
