Since more than six months has elapsed with no . inspection activity, it is assumed that the work has either been suspended or abandoned and this permit will be expired by limitation as provided in Section R1 • of the Oregon One & Two Family Dwelling Specialty Code. C Please be advised that, in the event of a subsequent sale of your home, the lac inspection approval for this permit could delay closing. The lending institution and /or the title company may require proof of a completed permit for such work prior to the sale of the property. We will allow thirty (30) days from the date of this letter to obtain reinstatement of this permit for the purpose of final inspection(s). Certain fees will be applicable at the time of reinstatement. A reinstated permit will be valid for 30 days. If the required inspection(s) fails, you will be allowed one additional inspection to get final approval. A minimum fee of $62.50 will be assessed for each subsequent inspection necessary to close the permit.
