Dear Mr. Rager and Mr. Scott,
I am writing this letter to you today after-discussing
our house problems with Hap Watkins. We purchased our
house at 15045 SW 79th Ave. two and a half years ago
and have been in litagations with the previous owners for
two years. We have been in arbitration and have reached
a settlement and are expecting the final contract in the
next week. The following are questions that we need
answers to:
1. On 11 -7 -97 we took out engineering permit c) 4)<Ne.,
#ENG 97.0060 for the street opening in the
amount of $2600. Would you please start
the refund process and return this to us.
We were unable to start the sewer hook up
due to the litigation.
2. On 11 -7 -97 we took out permit #SWR97 -0400
and permit #PLM97- 0447. This project was
not started due to our litigation.
Would you please reissue these permits.
3. In our arbitration resolution we have agreed -

to transfer the sewer and plumbing permit C1
to the previous owners but not the deposit
for the street opening. After we sign the * j `'4
final contract can you transfer these
permits to them. We will notify you in �� 0‘'&
writing when the signing of the contract I

If at all possible could you please get back to us in w\M
writing within 5 -7 business days. We will need the answers
to the above questions before we sign our final contract. �n
