Just to make sure that we all have the same information as to where these two projects stand with electrical inspections
... Gary and I met with Mr. Cimpan at the counter and brought things up -to -date:
ELC2008- 00110, remodel of existing residence, Azov Electric, Rough -In Passed 2/22/08, OK to cover. Paper and
computer records updated. Azov /Cimpan will call in Miscellaneous Inspection for radiant floor heat wiring.
MST2007- 00025, addition, Safe Electric, has a Pass on Electrical Final.

John,
After discussed with Lorain Sellers (Plans Exam.in.er) and reviewed the ORS .regard adult and child care facilities, .1 and John
C;•oodrich come to the decision that there will be no requirement of installing a double check hackflow preventer at the meter
for these type of facilities(except when medical treatment including water -used medical equipment exists.)
Since our requirements must he strictly observed as a matter of public health and to prevent any possible contamination of the
water system, please let both property owners (13092 SW Laurmont Dr and 11255 SW 79th) know that they must notify the
City if they make changes to existing plumbing that allows the addition of any chemical or substance into the premise
water system.
Thank you very much for sharing our concerns and help protecting our drinking water supply.

Subject: Backflow protection water service
Hung there is a foster care at 11255 SW 79th ave per your direction I have requested a double check valve on the water
service. My supervisor Hap Watkins has some concerns because this structure is a single family residence per building
code. Please review this project and let me know if a double check valve is required, you may want you contact Hap with
your decision. I will give Hap a copy of your E -Mail requiring a double check on the elder care facility at 13092 SW
