Range hood, dryer and bath fans will be ducted to outside air. 11. Crawlspace height to be minimum 18 ". 12. All framing material: DF -L #2 or better, or standard or better unless specified. T. & G. decking, utility. 13. All exterior headers, 4 x 8 DF -L #2 or better or specified. 14. Nail & Glue -all subfloor materials. 15. Fireblock all stairwells and line with 5/8" type "X" GWB. 16. Block under all partitions. 17. 1/2" x 10" anchor bolts with flatwashers @ -6 0.C. max 12" max from corners or splices. 18. Plywood sheathing nailing: 8d @ 6" 0.C. edges 8d @ 12" 0.C. field et/ 19. All windows double glaze, and tempered if less than 18" from floor or from door openings. 20. Concrete: Minimum compressive strength of concrete @ 28 days shall be 3000 PSI for walls & slab 2500 PSI for footings Max slump shall be 4" 21. Foundations shall bear on firm undisturbed soil, a minimum of 12 inches • below original and 18 inches below final grade.
