The owner, Cain Petroleum, is requesting a six month extension for the following
permits.
1. BUP 2010 -00162
2. BUP 2010 -00046
3. SIT 2010 -00010
4. PLM2010 -00125
The owner is making this request to a change in Chevron management that
requested a delay while new managers were accepting new positions. By the time
these changes were in place the wet weather had arrived and the owner prefers not
to begin construction during the wet weather.
The owner is anticipating that the City of Tigard will accept this request and extend
the permits for an additional six months.
