The City of Tigard has completed the review of the submitted plans for the mechanical
installation at the above referenced address. This review was performed under the provisions of
the State of Oregon Mechanical Specialty Code (OMSC), 1999 edition. The plans are approved
subject to the following conditions.
1. Structural calculations for gravity and seismic loads are required. Please provide engineering
for support of these units and for the attachment to the roof for seismic.
2. Please identify the total developed length of the gas piping and the gas delivery pressure.
3. Please submit energy calculations on the approved forms for review.
4. Please submit cut sheets for all mechanical equipment.
