Items Noted:
I inspected the roof nailing at building `B" which appears to be per plans and specifications.
Strapping was installed using Simpson LSTA30 straps. Tension ties were being installed during
inspection. In addition, all girder blocking was in place, but drag struts had not been installed at this
time.
General Notes
1. Clean roof of all loose debris prior to roofing.
Other Notes
1. Incorrect joist seats noticed on building "A" at 63' joist spans. Correct joist seats must be
installed, see detail (9/S -4).
2. After roofing inspection a roofer informed me that one of his cartwheels had punched through
the roof deck. I informed Stellar Structures of the discrepancy.
