Dear Mr. Skourtes:
Per your directions we have set three stakes on your property.
The three stakes are parallel to the front property line and are
185 feet back. The grade of the stakes are as follows:
No. 1 (southern most stake) - 130.74
No. 2 - 132.00
No. 3 (northern most stake) - 132.42
The stakes are set and labeled with the above information.
The elevations are the existing grades at the time of the
survey. We were unable to ascertain the preconstruction grades
due to earth work that had been performed. These stakes are
approximately 10 feet to the east of the existing mounds.
