Your permit expired. To have it reinstated, a fee of $125 is due. This fee will cover a building and
mechanical final.
You would have received a letter in the mail this week. Since you did contact Mark, I did not mail your
notice of expiration. This e -mail is in lieu of the mail notification.
You have 30 days from today to respond. If the $125 is paid, you will have an additional 30 days to
request building and mechanical finals.
You do not have to complete trim, exterior painting or landscaping prior to final inspection.
You may contact me with any reinstatement questions you may have. My work hours are 7 -3:30.
