offer the following clarifications:

pressure reducing valves. We exclude storm drains. gas piping and condensate drains. We exclude all permit fees.
We plan to supply and plumb for the following:

We plan to use ABS plastic for the waste and vents and uninsulated Wirsbo for the water piping.
We plan to tie onto the existing waste and water in the existing bathroom and the price is based on it being
of adequate size to handle the new loads.
We exclude demo of the existing fixtures.
We exclude opening and patching of floors, walls and ceilings to facilitate our work.
If the plumbing fixtures are supplied by others we will. not guarantee the fixtures, even i•f broken by us
during installation. They will need to be on site and complete when needed or extra trip charges will be
applied.
This quotation is void 30 days from date unless accepted. -

Here is what I have - would you take a look and then let me know how you (& Jeanne if there are
closed permits) want to handle this in the system. Also, not sure if there are holds etc. that
need to be put in place so someone not involved doesn't process a permit by mistake.
